God, You are good. You are the only One who can truly ground me, bring me back to reality. Back to the place of truth and endless love. When my circumstances become too much to bear, all I have to remember is that You are with me and love me tremendously. Thank you for being who you are. I love you. Amen.

God, You never let me down. When I look back through the toughest days of my life, I can see your hand over that time. You lead me with love and grace. I often forget that in the midst of new trouble, uncharted waters, that You have seen me through much worse. Help me to remember who You are in the midst of confusion and trouble. Help me to see that You are bigger than anything I face. Amen.

Jesus, You make all things new. You can change my life right now. You’ve done it before and I know You can do it again, right now. Bring Your mighty love and presence to me, please. Help me to reclaim this moment in Your truth. In Your Love. In Your Light. In Your Blood. Amen.

God, I quickly get consumed with what I can see, what people say to me or how they respond. This affects me all too much. Lord, help me form a stronger formation in You, where I become unshakeable and unstoppable. Thank you for creating me and making me beloved. I need this truth to be louder than anything and everything else in my life. When people speak ill of me, let me recall, your love washes over me. Amen.

God, I really need a lift me up. I feel defeated and so low. I need you to break through and show me grace and love today. Please help me to lift my head. Amen.
