Course/Content Submissions

You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type to the Site (“Submissions”) that infringe or violate any rights of any party.  By submitting Submissions to any part of this Site, you agree that you have the right to submit the Submission, and such Submission is non-confidential for all purposes. If you make any such Submission, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the Submission or you otherwise have permission to make the Submission, and you grant to spirituallyhungry.com, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Submission in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed.

Public Forums/Blog Posts

If you use one of the areas of the Site that permit you and others to post communications, such as course ratings, discussion forums, social media postings, user profiles, professional network and live events/classroom messaging (“Public Areas”), you are solely responsible for your own Submissions, the consequences of posting those Submissions, and your reliance on any communications found in the Public Areas.  Spirituallyhungry.com is not responsible for the consequences of any communications in the Public Areas. In cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency immediately.

In consideration of being allowed to use the Public Areas and submit Submissions, you agree that your failure to comply with any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions: you will not use a Public Area for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws; you will not post material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; you will not post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, or embarrassing to any other person or entity; you will not post advertisements or solicitations of business or post chain letters or pyramid schemes; you will not impersonate others, distribute viruses or other harmful computer code, or harvest or otherwise collect information about others (including email addresses, without their consent); you will not allow other persons or entities to use your identification for posting or viewing comments; you will not post the same note more than once or engage in any form of “spamming”; and you will not engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Public Area or the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold spirituallyhungry.com, it’s respective officers, directors, authors, employees, agents, licensors, corporate partners, advisors and advisory board, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, the Submissions, job postings, and/or any use of or problem related to the Site or its Content.

Forevergreen Women’s Discipleship Plan  – Terms of Service

Spiritually Hungry is a sole proprietorship operated by Aaron Waid (husband of Alexis Waid) in the State of North Carolina, listed as WAID, AARON S and operates as a sole proprietorship under the name Spiritually Hungry. Forevergreen Women’s Discipleship Plan is a product sold and made available under this sole proprietorship of Spiritually Hungry.  

Forevergreen Description Forevergreen Women’s Discipleship Plan is a monthly subscription plan that enables persons with active membership accounts to access the Forevergreen Membership Library and all contents contained within, which are added and removed periodically, typically on a 30-45 day cycle. An active Forevergreen membership also allows users to receive Daily Emails as part of their membership. An active Forevergreen membership also allows users to participate in the Forevergreen Facebook group.    The Forevergreen Library will monthly host the Forevergreen Daily Planner, extra printable sheets for planners, the Forevergreen Bible Study, access to sign up for the Daily Email, monthly printables sheets, worship music playlists, and other content offered as promotional or temporary content. All printable materials are provided as PDF files.   Past materials beyond what is presently hosted in the membership library may be provided to members upon written request by writing hello@spirituallyhungry.com

Payments   Spiritually Hungry only accepts payments through PayPal and Stripe. These two third-party services establish a monthly payment profile with the user that   The regular payment price for a monthly subscription is $9.99 USD. Infrequently, a user may have a lower promotional or specially agreed upon price for their subscription.   A user is first billed upon creation of their account and the creation of a PayPal or Stripe reoccurring payment profile.   Members should contact PayPal or Stripe for further information regarding the handling of reoccurring payments.   Members who do not cancel their subscription (See Cancellation in this document) will be automatically billed through Stripe or PayPal on the day of the month when they first signed up. Cancellation of a Forevergreen subscription will automatically end payments on the day of cancellation.  

Cancellation   Members may cancel their Forevergreen membership at anytime. To cancel a membership, a member should login to their Forevergreen account, access the Forevergreen Membership Library, click the link “Cancel My Account” at the bottom of the membership library, and follow instructions.   Alternatively, if they are unable to complete the above instructions, a member may write to hello@spirituallyhungry.com and request cancellation, which will be applied to their membership status within 24 hours, assuming the good health and accessibility of this email address by the operator.   Upon cancellation, a member retains all privileges and access to their account for the remainder of the period they were billed and is free to download and use any resources contained in the Membership Library.   After cancellation, on the day of the month in which their membership was established, their membership access will be revoked and they will no longer have access to the membership library.  

Refund Policy As a general policy, refunds are not offered for members, as the contents of the membership are digital and there is no way to effectively ascertain if they have been used, replicated, or otherwise engaged with.   Refunds may be provided, however for members with explainable circumstances that point to reasonable reasons for a refund. All refund requests and explanations should be submitted to hello@spirituallyhungry.com

Dispute Resolution Any and all disputes to membership status, payment, privacy, legal, or any other issue can be addressed by writing to hello@spirituallyhungry.com, and the matter will be addressed by Aaron Waid, the sole proprietorship owner of Spiritually Hungry. Any further information needed will be provided upon email request.  

Special Note: It is highly encouraged that all members please bring their concerns in writing first by emailing the above address, because, in addition to Spiritually Hungry’s intention to provide sound business practices, we also hope to settle matters with customers as brothers and sisters in Christ. Spiritually Hungry operates strongly on the principles regarding dispute resolution outlined in Matthew 18:15-20, and will make every reasonable effort to ensure all disputes are settled in a fair manner.  

Content Protection   All materials produced by Spiritually Hungry, including material for Forevergreen, are copyrighted by Spiritually Hungry and may not be replicated, distributed, used for teaching groups, or in any other capacity without express written permission.   Written permission may be obtained by writing to hello@spirituallyhungry.comDisclaimer All information and disclaimers provided previously in this document to Spiritually Hungry (the Site) also apply fully to Forevergreen privacy, materials, and all communications and interactions with the Site.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with spirituallyhungry.com, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of the State of North Carolina and you further agree and expressly irrevocably consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of North Carolina in connection with any such dispute including any claim.  You irrevocably waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.  Except for claims arising from your misuse of the Site or the Content, or claims arising from the Submissions, you agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site, the Content or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Waiver and Severability

Our waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
