Prayer For Kids Behavior
11.
God, I need your peace and strength. I can’t even imagine how different this would all be if I could stay in control. In control of my inner peace and strength. God, I know these are gifts from You, so will You please help me develop these wonderful attributes? Amen.
12.
Lord, when things are going awry, will You remind me that You are with me. Amen.
13.
God, help me to fix my eyes on You. While these problems are very real, let me garner all of my strength and peace from You. Guide me God in helping my children become men and women that are deeply rooted in You. While that seems like a far way off from now, I know You are good and will see us all through. Amen.
14.
God, I can’t take any more of this. I feel as though I am going to break. I just want harmony in my home and I want peace in my family. Lord, if there is something I don’t understand about my child, could You help me see clearly what they may need. Open new doors God to possible solutions. God, show me the way to helping my child. Amen.
15.
Lord, thank you for my children. Thank you that I get to walk through life with them and shape their lives dramatically. It’s an unbelievable privilege and responsibility. Lord, always lead me in this venture. Amen.

What a blessing! I bookmarked it, because when I’m overwhelmed, my mind can’t focus.
Thank you!
Trina, GREAT! This is exactly what we hoped for when we created these prayer lists. We wanted to make something that was quick and easy so that people could reference these prayers to help center themselves. Thanks for sharing!
I’m bawling reading these prayers bc I feel every one of them. Thank you for putting my thoughts and feelings in a prayer when I just wanna give up.

Hi Ebby,
I don’t say this lightly, prayer is the best thing you could be doing right now. When we are out of answers, out of ideas, frustrated, confused, stressed, worried, scared, prayer is the absolute answer. Sometimes miracles happen right away, but more often than not, it is a process of slowly uncovering God’s path and to find true healing. As a former child with emotional/behavioral problems, I know that prayer helped equip my mom and that prayer is the reason why I am who I am today, a Christian ministry professional. When there seems like there is no hope, I assure you there is always hope. Jesus overcame death which was an unthinkable act and God can do the same for your beloved little girl. Ask God to bring the right people into your life for help. Ask Him to provide the way and He will. If you continually seek God, God will make Himself known. He will help you through this storm. I will be praying for you and your little girl that God’s peace and love infiltrates all areas of both of your lives. Hang in their mom, you doing the best for your little girl seeking God!
Please pray for me. My four year old is getting close to getting kicked out of early preschool. He hits the parents, throws tantrums and tries to knock over stuff. He’s only four. My husband and I didn’t have these problems at our age. Talking and spanking isn’t working. He doesn’t act up in the church nursery or Sunday School. He likes his teacher’s very much. Don’t know what else to do. We prayed but it seems like he’s getting worse.
LaFonda,
I’m sorry you are having such a hard time with your four-year-old. I’d like to say a prayer for you right now:
God,
I lift up this little boy to You into your heavenly, good, and capable hands. Reveal what might be troubling this little boy and give him the help and tools he needs. Lord you are the mighty Father and this little boy needs your tenderness and your stability, so please allow that to penetrate him. God I ask that if there is something medically or even psychologically happening with this boy, that it would be revealed so he can get the help he may need. Bring him to joy and I pray that whatever is troubling him can become clear and he can gain composure and peace. I also pray for all of his loved ones that they are empowered and equipped through your love, strength, and presence. Thank you, God for always being with us and loving us even when we cannot feel it. Our lives are nothing without You. Amen.

Nancy,
I’m so sorry you are going through a rough time. I hope that you find joy in this suffering, James 1:2-4. I would like to lift a prayer up for you and your son Michael.
Father,
Please bring your love and joy to Nancy and Michael. Allow them to feel your warmth and goodness. They are going through a lot right now and life is very difficult. I ask that You show up in unexpected ways and shower them with your Fruit. I ask that peace replaces fear and joy replaces sadness. Hold them in your strength and love God and help them to feel You with them always. Thank you for always taking such amazing care of us, amen.
