Read below for more instructions on how to get ready for your Challenge.

  • Check Your Email. You will receive an email from us (from the address hello@spirituallyhungry.com) that will allow you to confirm that you want to receive the Challenge and future updates from Spiritually Hungry.
  • While You’re Waiting – Go Join The Challenge Facebook Group and Follow Us On Instagram
  • If You Do Not See An Email From Us – Take The Following Steps
    • Check all possible folders an email could land in. This might include “Promotions,” “Spam” or other folders you might not see so easily. If you find our email in one of those folders, open it, and then take steps to Whitelist the email so our emails come to your inbox where you can read them.
    • If you do not see an email from us anywhere and at least a few minutes (maybe 5 minutes) have passed, you might want to make sure that you properly spelled your email address while signing up. 
  • Open The Email From Us And Click The Large Button Inside To Confirm
    • Clicking this button will confirm that you want to download the Challenge and take you to a page on our website where you can download the Challenge.
  • Make Sure To White List Our Emails To Follow The Challenge – You Will Get More Emails To Help Your Challenge
    • If you haven’t noticed, email providers, like Gmail or Yahoo, don’t always know what emails you want to read and are valuable, and which might be annoying to you. This is why email providers sometimes send incoming emails into out of sight folders, like “Promotions” or “Spam” in order to keep your inbox looking nice and tidy.

  • After Clicking The Confirm Button, You’ll Be Taken To A Page To Download Your Challenge 
    • The Challenge will be in a PDF form and can be read on any device that supports PDFs.
